Coach/Assistant Coach - AYSO will train you and help you develop your coaching skills. Coaches typically run one practice during the week and have a game on Saturday. U8 and U10 coaches are responsible for identifying one parent from their team who will referee. Clinics run one or two days an typically there are many different dates offered. Our region needs approximately 70 coaches and 70 assistant coaches.

Referee - Refereeing is a terrific way to learn the game. No experience necessary. AYSO will train you and provide a uniform. Typically, you will referee your child's game although other arrangements are possible. Our region needs 25-40 referees.

Corporate Team Sponsorship - If your employer is interested in sponsoring your player's AYSO team. We will have our Sponsorship group contact them. The sponsorship program is set in place to offset the organization's fees for uniforms, equipment, etc?

Volunteer Coordinator - Sorts volunteer forms and helps connect volunteers with their assignments. We can't predict volunteer turnout, so you would also help in reassigning volunteers (with their permission). Our region needs 2 ? 4 coordinators.

Volunteer for Awards Banquet - We need help to set up and coordinate the end of the season awards banquet. This position will meet initially as a group and then divide responsibilities out to the volunteers. Also, the gatherings of evaluation forms from the coaches and distribution of awards at the end of the season banquet.

Picture Day Staff - Coordinate Picture Day. Our region needs 1 ? 7 volunteers.

Field Nets Coordinator - Develops, maintains, and communicates the schedule for the set up and collection of field nets. Our region needs 1 volunteer.

Field Nets - Sets up the nets early Saturday morning and collects them after the last game. With lots of volunteers, you would only have to work a few Saturdays and you would only be responsible for either set up or tear down. Our region needs 24 volunteers. 

Registration and Miscellaneous Administration - Data entry of the registration forms and other computer-based projects. Requires broadband at home. Our region needs 5-10 volunteers for 8-10 hours each over a few-week period, early June.
